O Koto é um instrumento musical de cordas dedilhadas, composto de uma caixa de ressonância com 21 cordas, semelhante a uma grande cítara. Atualmente é o mais popular dentre os instrumentos musicais tradicionais japoneses.
Essa performance procurou fazer um cover da música Stairway to Heaven da icônica banda de rock dos anos 70 e 80, o Led Zeppelin, tocada no instrumento japonês e também em flautas de bambu.
